Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring the package is properly sealed.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
